- Controller

- Purpose
- To reply to a quote or a contact message. The separate “notify me” form is only a request to be emailed if that service launches. There is no newsletter. We do not sell personal data.
- Data
- Email, optional phone, company and VAT ID, message, DXF or STEP file, language, an ads click ID if you arrived from an ad, and technical logs used to check for abuse (including IP).
- Recipients
- Railway hosts the site, the database, and uploaded files. Cloudflare Turnstile checks forms for bots. PostHog (EU) receives usage data only after you allow analytics. After that, a failed page or request also sends the error message, the stack, and the path, with the quote secret removed. Google receives cookieless ads pings before a choice, and after you allow ads it receives the click id, the quote value, and a hash of your email. Neither receives the file. A carrier receives data only when an order is actually shipped, which does not happen at this stage.
- Cookies
- The language choice and this consent choice are essential and always on. They last one year. Analytics (PostHog, hosted in the EU) stays off until you allow it. Once allowed, a failure also sends the error message, the stack, and the page path, with the quote secret removed. The Google Ads tag loads with advertising cookies denied, so Google can model conversions from cookieless pings. Those cookies, and a conversion for the quote, turn on only after you allow ads. They record how a quote is used — file type and size, a short hash of the file, parse result, material, thickness, shipping, and the price — and whether you leave after a price. They do not receive the file. Use Cookies in the footer to change the choice. Legal basis: consent.
- Rights
- You can ask to access, rectify, erase, or restrict your data, or object to processing. You can complain to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
- Retention
- We keep an enquiry while we handle it, and afterwards only as long as needed for claims. There are no invoices at this stage.
