## Is the price final?

The figure is a reserved quote: parts + shipping and handling + VAT where it applies. Nothing is charged today, and there is no setup fee. InPost in Poland is free from 229 zł. Courier shipping is free from €55 in Germany and Austria. Switzerland has no free-shipping threshold.

## Is there a minimum order?

No. One part is enough. On small orders, shipping and handling is higher and it drops as the order grows. Shipping is free from 229 zł in Poland and from €55 in Germany and Austria. Switzerland has no free-shipping threshold.

## How is it shipped?

In Poland a parcel can go to an InPost locker. Germany, Austria, and Switzerland go by courier, and so do parcels that do not fit a locker. Shipping is free from 229 zł in Poland and from €55 in Germany and Austria. Switzerland has no free-shipping threshold. A tracking link comes by email when a parcel actually leaves, after production opens.

## How fast is delivery?

Not during early access. We cut and ship only after production opens. A date on the quote is not a delivery commitment.

## What files do you accept?

2D DXF in mm or inches, one part per file. You can drop several files at once. We flag open contours, unit problems and duplicate lines before pricing.

## Can you bend parts?

Not yet. We cut flat parts only.

## Do I get a VAT invoice?

Not at this stage. A VAT invoice comes with a paid order, after payment goes live. Nothing is charged today.
